We present two fully renovated apartments in a privileged enclave known as Amadores Balcony. This place offers an exclusive microclimate throughout Gran Canaria, with an average annual temperature of 24 degrees Celsius and fantastic views of Amadores Beach, the Atlantic Ocean, and the mountains. On clear days, you can see the imposing island of Tenerife with its majestic Teide, and during sunsets, you can enjoy dreamy sunsets that will seem incredible to you.

The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a quiet and comfortable stay, including free 300 MB Wi-Fi. They have a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a 45-inch TV, as well as air conditioning for your comfort. The main bedroom has a 1.50 m bed, a TV, and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray, hairdryer, and washing machine. Additionally, each apartment has a large terrace with a computer workstation, four chairs, and two sun loungers to enjoy the sun and the views.

Outside, we have parking for cars and motorcycles, as well as a taxi stand and an ATM right at the complex's entrance. Just a short descent away, you'll find the beautiful Amadores Beach, which can be reached in just 2 minutes by car.

For shopping, just 100 meters away is the Europa shopping center, where you'll find a wide variety of shops, bars, and restaurants. A little further away, in Puerto Rico, you can enjoy another beautiful beach and a new shopping center with all kinds of shops, as well as stunning fountains illuminated at night.

In the surrounding area, there are numerous villages and places of interest worth visiting. We recommend a visit to the Maspalomas Lighthouse, which is just a 15 minute drive away, as well as the charming village of Mogán, known as the 'Venice of the Canaries,' for its canals, flowers, and beautiful beach. We also invite you to discover Anfi del Mar, with its small and charming island, and the nearby village of Arguineguín, which offers a wide range of services, including a medical center. We cannot forget the capital, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with its famous Las Canteras Beach and its port, as well as Tejeda, one of the highest villages on the island, and the emblematic Roque Nublo, from where you can admire stunning landscapes.
